Contagious

Restrictions, boundaries, close doors that make us Sick.

Lack of conviction, no real connection that make our world contagious.

We sit too much in self, making ourself unhappy,

We are taking there self so seriously, making it a disease

We are not in existence, we are isolated, making ourself nothing but an island.

This disease has made us ice cubes, has freeze our flow  and drawn the borders around us.

We are afraid of the warmth of love and intimacy, as it would melt them away.

This warmth will make the boundaries disappear and there will be joy everywhere.

But its the fear of loosing our Mind-made Identity of Self which stops us,

Its the effort to protect this wrong Identity of Self is making the world more contagious.
